WHAT TO BRING

  • Valid ID

  • Valid ticket, including tickets to any masterclasses

CLOAKROOM

​There is a free cloakroom available where you can store coats and bags. Please note that although the cloakroom will be manned at all times throughout the show, items left in the cloakroom are at your own risk.​

BAG SEARCH

Please try and limit the amount of bags you bring to the show. Bags may be subject to a bag check by the on site security team.

SEATING

There is ample seating throughout the venue for you to take a break and enjoy the day.

DRINKING WATER

There are water stations located throughout the venue. We encourage you to stay hydrated throughout your visit. Soft drinks and hot drinks are also available to be purchased.

RESPONSIBLE DRINKING

Whisky Live & Fine Spirits is a sampling event. The event is all about choice and enjoying premium spirits in a responsible & appropriate manner. It is your responsibility to know your limitations. There are spittoons available to reduce the amount of alcohol consumed, and there is ample free water at various stations throughout the venue. Please try to stay hydrated and utilise the seating area and street food vendors on site.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING

Please be aware that photography and filming will take place at the event and you may be recorded at any point during the event. Please make photographers aware if you do not wish for your photograph to be taken. All photographs will be uploaded to an event gallery, we encourage you to check the gallery after the event and contact us if you would like us to remove any photograph or film of you.

You are prohibited from filming or taking photos for commercial purposes at the event, unless we explicitly consent to you doing so, in advance of the event, and in writing. If you wish to enquire about commercial photography or filming at our events, please contact us at events@paragraph.co.uk

SMOKING

Smoking, including e-Cigarettes or vaping, are prohibited in all enclosed, indoor spaces. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard area.
