Whisky Live Fort Lauderdale, will be promoted in conjunction with the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The world’s largest array of boats, yachts, and mega-yachts will provide the perfect setting for a truly unique whisky tasting event. Hosted by Marriott’s luxurious Harbor Beach Resort and Spa; located on Florida’s famous A1A Highway, and nestled on 16 acres of private beach resort and overlooking the ocean, Harbor Beach is the perfect setting for a truly unique Whisky Live experience. Encompassing the resort’s Caribbean Ball Room and its entire 6000 sq. ft. Foyer, with easy access to the outside patio, the stage will be set for a magnificent event. Whisky Live Fort Lauderdale will be the ultimate combination of the world’s finest whiskies, hand rolled cigars and gourmet food – an evening of entertainment and tasting enjoyment like no other!

Tasting Hall

This is where you can taste an incredible range of whiskies from across the globe, mingle with the producers and distillers, independent bottlers and brand ambassadors and meet the stars of the industry! Watch and participate in open discussions with the editor of Whisky Magazine. You will witness the food pairing demonstrations and competitions by world class chefs, and be able to get their suggestions on your personal tastes. Enjoy and gain insight from the whisky competitions, mixing demonstrations and other events on the main stage hosted by Whisky Magazine.
The sheer range of whisky on show will challenge even the most determined taster; everything from old favourites to unusual finishes and rare bottlings. The very best whiskies of the world, gourmet food, the finest cigars available and an incredible Caribbean atmosphere, all make for an unforgettable evening of tasting and sampling.

Whisky Experiences

The Whisky Experience areas are the education and entertainment zones, with themed areas providing sensory experiences such as coopering, whisky blending, cocktails and much, much more. With a dram always on hand, the Whisky Experience seeks to educate and entertain those who want to learn a little more about the diversity of this delicious nectar.

Masterclasses

The Masterclasses provide a taster with insight to the unique intricacies of the whisky world. These are tutored by renowned experts in the field and provide guided tastings of select bottlings and brands.

Harbor Beach Marriott Resort and Spa is located one mile north of the 17th St. bridge, just off of A1A on Holiday Drive.

Arriving by Car

Taxis: To arrive directly at our front door, please instruct your driver to follow all access/parking signs

From the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport: take the exit to US-1 North. Go north on US-1 Federal Highway. Make a right on S.E. 17 Street Causeway and head east. Go over the intracoastal drawbridge to the 4th traffic light - it's Holiday Drive. Make a right at the Holiday Drive. Go one block to the stop sign and make a right to our resort.

From the Miami International Airport: exit the airport and go east on 836 to I-95 North. Exit Port Everglades/I-595. Head east on I-595 to exit 12B-US 1 North. Go north on US-1 Federal Highway. Make a right on S.E. 17 Street Causeway and head east. Go over the intracoastal drawbridge to the 4th traffic light, which will be Holiday Drive. Make a right at the Holiday Drive. Go one block to the stop sign and make a right to our resort.

From Palm Beach: take I-95 South to Sunrise Boulevard - exit 30. Head east on Sunrise Boulevard until you reach the beach. Turn right at A1A and proceed south for 2 miles. Pass the Sheraton Yankee Clipper Hotel and turn left at Holiday Drive. Go one block to the stop sign and make a right to our resort.
