Castle Brands will be showcasing their Irish whiskies: Knappogue Castle 1995 and Clontarf Irish Whiskey and their bourbons: Jefferson’s Bourbon, Jefferson’s Reserve Bourbon and Sam Houston Bourbon.

Single Malt Scotch Whiskies. The Six Classic Malts are carefully selected to best represent each of the main whisky producing regions of Scotland. Also introducing our new deliciously smooth 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch, The Singleton from Glendullan.
Oban – 14 year old, rich and full-bodied with a mellow fruity finish. (Sweet)

Glenkinchie – 12 year old, has a fresh, grassy sweetness balanced with a warming, dryish finish.

Cragganmore –12 year old Speyside with the most complex aroma of any malt. Astonishingly fragrant with sweetish notes and a smoky maltiness on the finish. (Medium)

Talisker – 10 year old, the only malt produced on Skye. Sea-weedy, smoky nose and sweet maltiness, complimented by its spicy, long finish. (A bit smoked)

Dalwhinnie – 15 year old gentle malt from the Highlands. Subtle, smooth delicately smoky malt with a honey finish.

Lagavulin – 16 year old distinctive and powerful Islay malt. Deeply smoky and peaty with a velvety, complex finish. (This is smoked.)
