MC1 - 6.45pm - Classic Malts - The Classic Malts Experience featuring Distiller’s Editions by Gregor Cattanach

The Classic Malts Mentor seminar uses the expansive knowledge of the Diageo Masters of Whisky to educate scotch enthusiasts on a sampling of the Classic Malts Distiller’s Editions. Led by Gregor Cattanach, this multimedia, multi sensory seminar takes you through the history, production process, regionality and most important the flavor profiles of this vast selection of Single Malt Scotches. You will leave the seminar with an increased confidence to order your new favorite Single Malt Scotch Whisky.

MC2 - 6.45pm - The Glenlivet

Winston Evans, Brand Ambassador for The Glenlivet, will lead the class through a tasting of the entire range of The Single Malt That Started It All.

MC3 - 8.15pm - Tomatin - Douglas Campbell – The Big Five O

Master Distiller Douglas Campbell shares 50 years’ experience of working at the Tomatin Distillery. His tasting will include the distillery’s core range ( 12 , 15 , 18) , the recently released 30 year old and of course the limited edition ‘Decades’. The Decades consists of 5 decades of Tomatin single malts.

MC4 - 8.15pm - Makers Mark - Bourbon 101: A little taste, A little story, A whole lot of redheads

Maker’s Mark is inviting you to a special tasting event where you’ll get an up-close-and-personal introduction to everything Maker’s. You’ll learn how we select the grains and choose the barrels, as well as hear stories about our distillery and our carefully handcrafted processes. We will also be discussing our new creation, Maker’s 46, and how this little gem was created and made. And let’s not forget the highlight of the event, which also happens to be our favorite part – the tasting. So come out and listen, learn and enjoy all there is to know about our beloved bourbon
