Brooks Hotel offers executive meeting facilities for up to 60 people including a multi-media screening room, fitness suite and sauna. There is a public car park directly opposite the hotel, Drury Street car park, where resident’s rates are available.

Whisky Live Dublin is back building on the fantastic success from its debut in 2011. Ireland's premier whiskey tasting show will make a return to The Round Room at The Mansion House in the heart of Dublin's city centre on Saturday 26th May 2012.
In 2012 we look forward to welcoming the seasoned whiskey lover and the novice from all over Ireland. You will experience an incredible and in-depth insight into the world of whiskey drinking and producing. Not drinking at Whisky Live?
A nominated driver ticket is available. These tickets do not include whiskey sample vouchers or a tasting glass and the ticket holder may not purchase or have purchased for them any whiskey sample vouchers. Tasting Hall & Masterclasses
The tasting hall is where you can sample whiskey from all around the globe with the emphasis obviously being on Irish whiskey. You will be able to mingle with the producers, distillers, independent bottlers and brand ambassadors. The sheer range of whiskey on show will challenge even the most determined taster; everything from old favourites to unusual finishes and rare bottlings.

Masterclasses provide a varied programme of tasting for those who like a more in-depth whiskey experience and a chance to learn from acknowledged experts in the field. These are tutored by renowned experts in the field and run for 45 minutes. An entrance ticket must be purchased prior to buying Masterclass tickets.
Sample Vouchers
Sample vouchers are the event’s currency and enable you to sample the varied selection of whiskies available at the show. You receive 15 vouchers as part of your entrance ticket and will require between 1 and 3 vouchers for each sample depending on the age and rarity of the whiskey.

Tuesday 22 May. 7pm start, Euro 30pp Café en Seine - whisky and food evening opposite the Mansion House. Cafe en Seine is the venue this evening of whisky tasting with a wee bit of food to make this a feature not to be missed; Not to mention a selection of superb whisky to drive you insane! Our host will be a whisky expert from the trade. We will even have a whiskey cocktail in this superb venue! See more
Wednesday 23 May. 7pm start, Euro 40pp Clontarf Castle Hotel enjoythe castle surroundings while you sample drams from the Castle Brands range, Celtic Crossing, Clontarf, Knappogue Castle single malts. Food also on offer here between drams. Our hosts are from castle Brands, who better to introduce you to these drams! See more
Thursday 24 May. 7pm start, Euro 25pp Palace Bar - whisky evening another bar, festooned with murals depicting the pub’s long association with sports and literature. Willie Aherne is the third generation of family running this pub, he's a real whiskey man and justifiably proud of the traditions and history. AN EVENING OF IRISH DRAMS by Irish experts, 5 Irish whiskey's, chosen from the Cooley's range. Not a masterclass, rather an experience with Willie and friends with humour, whiskey and of course; the craik! See more
Thursday 24 May; a 10am departure The Old Kilbeggan Distillery in the midlands (over 250 year old). It has been owned by Cooley since 1988, you will be taken on a tour by Distillery Manager Brian Quinn and a sample with a few extras thrown in!
