Held in the spectacular Lawrence Hall, part of the Royal Horticultural Halls, Whisky Live London brings all the very best whiskies from around the world under one roof. Appealing to both the enthusiast and the novice alike, with expert advice on hand and the opportunity to learn about the whisky basics, Whisky Live London provides the ultimate whisky experience, with great whiskies, Masterclasses, food, live music and regular nose-off competitions.

TASTINGS
Whisky Live gives visitors the unique opportunity to sample the great whiskies, whilst mingling with the producers, independent bottlers and brand ambassadors all under one roof. In addition to learning about the world of whisky, visitors have the opportunity to sample rare and sought after whiskies and meet the stars of the industry.
EXPERIENCES
The Whisky Experiences are the education and entertainment zones, providing extra sensory experiences. With a dram always on hand the Whisky Experiences seek to educate and entertain those that want to learn a little more about the diversity of Scotland’s greatest export.
THEMED AREAS
Food and whisky combinations: opportunities to enjoy one leading whisky matched with cheese, chocolate or coffee.
Whisky Live stage: live distiller debates, music, the blending competition, cocktail demonstrations and much more bring the Whisky Live stage to life throughout the day.
Whisky lounges: take a break from the tastings and relax in our two whisky lounges.
Cocktails: Whisky Live Glasgow will have its very own cocktail bar and demonstration area – experience the real breadth and flexibility whisky has to offer.
Beer Experience: sample a selection of Scotland’s greatest beers. After all, their still made from malt, so no reason to cross the flavour divide – indeed, enhance your knowledge and palette.

What is Whisky Live?
Whisky Live is the international celebration of whisky, bringing all the whiskies of the world together under one roof. Whisky Live prides itself on bringing together the finest whiskies, great food and a range of education and entertainment to make learning about whisky both fun and stimulating. Begun in Tokyo in 2000, Whisky Live is now run 12 cities throughout the world.

What is included in the entrance price?
3 or 5 vouchers for sampling whisky (whether a Day or Half Day Entrance ticket), Whisky Live show guide and Whisky Live tasting glass, food, live entertainment and water.
What is a voucher?
A voucher is the event’s currency to help you sample. No sample may be tasted without exchanging a number of vouchers. You receive 3 or 5 vouchers as part of your entrance ticket, and further vouchers are available during the show. You will require 1 or 2 vouchers for each sample, depending on the age and rarity of the whisky. The principle is that unaged whiskies or whiskies under 12 years require 1 voucher, and whiskies aged 13 years or older are 2 vouchers. Very rare whiskies may require more vouchers – this amount is at the discretion of each exhibitor.
What food is provided in my ticket price?
There will be a selection of Hot Roast Sandwiches; choose from Beef, Lamb and Pork or Nut Roast, carved to order by the Chef. Served in a floured bun with your choice of English Mustard, Dijonnaise Mustard, Homemade Horseradish Sauce, Mint Sauce, Homemade Apple Sauce, Tomato Compote, OR jacket potato with Roasted Highland Salmon rubbed with Dill and Aged Whiskey in a Lemon Crème Fraiche or Grated Smoked Cheddar with Rustic Tomato Compote. All available on redemption of your Whisky Live Food voucher. Further food is available and prices will be quoted on the day.
Are there any special requirements for the evening?
The main aim is for visitors to enjoy themselves. Clearly we want this to be in a responsible way, and we have a clear responsible drinking policy. Whisky Live implements a Responsible Drinking Policy to ensure we promote a safe and friendly environment in the interests of all visitors. Whisky samples are only poured in return for Whisky Live sample vouchers. Alcohol will not be sold or supplied to anyone under the age of 18 or anyone who is drunk.
How do I get to Whisky Live London?
Victoria tube (Victoria or District & Circle line) and Pimlico tube (Victoria line) are the nearest. Both are a 10 – 15 minute walk from Whisky Live London at the Royal Horticultural Halls.
