What is Whisky Live?

Whisky Live is the international celebration of whisky, bringing all the whiskies of the world together under one roof. Whisky Live prides itself on bringing together the finest whiskies, great food and a range of education and entertainment to make learning about whisky both fun and stimulating.

Where is Whisky Live London?

The Lawrence Hall & Conference Centre, The Royal Horticultural Halls, Greycoat Street, Westminster, London, SW1P 2QD.

When is Whisky Live London?

Friday 2nd March (3-9pm) & Saturday 3rd March (11am-5pm) 2007

What are the entrance prices?

Day ticket £25
Half day ticket £15
Double day ticket £45

When will I receive my ticket?

Tickets are to be collected on the door at Whisky Live London. Please ensure you bring your ticket reference number / order confirmation with you which will start with the letters PP. If you have ordered your ticket via the website, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your reference number. If you have ordered your ticket by calling the ticket hotline and do not have an email address, your reference number will be posted to your address and also quoted to you over the telephone.

What is included in the entrance price?

5 vouchers for a day ticket, 3 vouchers for a half day, a selection of food, live entertainment, unlimited water, the Whisky Live show guide and the Whisky Live tasting glass.

What food is provided in my ticket price?

There will be a selection of Hot Roast Sandwiches; choose from Beef, Lamb and Pork or Nut Roast, carved to order by the Chef. Served in a floured bun with your choice of English Mustard, Dijonnaise Mustard, Homemade Horseradish Sauce, Mint Sauce, Homemade Apple Sauce, Tomato Compote.

OR jacket potato with Roasted Highland Salmon rubbed with Dill and Aged Whiskey in a Lemon Crème Fraiche or Grated Smoked Cheddar with Rustic Tomato Compote. All available on redemption of your Whisky Live Food voucher. Further food is available and prices will be quoted on the day.

What is a voucher?

A voucher is the event’s currency to help you sample. No sample can be tasted without exchanging a number of vouchers. You receive a number of vouchers as part of your entrance ticket, and further vouchers are available at a cost of £1 each during the show. You will require between 1 and 3 vouchers for each sample, depending on the age and rarity of the whisky. The principle is that unaged whiskies or whiskies under 10 years are 1 voucher, and whiskies over 18 years of age are 3 vouchers. This amount is at the discretion of each exhibitor.

How do I get to the show?

From Victoria Station
Walk down Victoria Street, passing Westminster Cathedral on your right hand side.
Continue to the House of Fraser store also on your right and then turn right into Artillery Row.
Follow the road until you come to a roundabout on Rochester Row.
Turn right at the roundabout and take the first left into Greycoat Street. The Lawrence Hall and Conference Centre can be found 150m on the left hand side.

From St James's Park tube
Turn into Broadway. Walk past New Scotland Yard towards Victoria Street.
Cross over Victoria Street at the traffic lights and walk down Strutton Ground (street with market).
Carry on straight ahead, crossing over past the mini roundabout into Horseferry Road.
Walk past the Channel 4 building on your left. Take the first right into Elverton Street.
The Lawrence Hall and Conference Centre are on the corner at the junction with Greycoat Street.

From Pimlico station
Take the exit for Rampayne Street, walk to Vauxhall Bridge Road.
Cross the road, and walk along Regency Street until you see a left turn to Fynes Street.
At the end of Fynes Street, walk along Vincent Square and take the 3rd right turn into Elverton Street.
The Lawrence Hall and Conference Centre is on your left at the corner of Elverton and Greycoat Streets.
