Whisky Live Toronto is Canada’s whisky tasting event of the year, bringing the celebration of whisky to downtown Toronto. Held in the heart of the city in the Metro Toronto Convention Centre (Constitution Hall, North Building), Whisky Live Toronto brings all the very best whiskies from around the world under one roof. Appealing to both the enthusiast and the novice Whisky Live Toronto has expert advice on hand as well as the opportunity to learn about the whisky basics. It is the ultimate whisky experience with such a stunning range of whiskies, delicious food, Masterclasses, live music and regular nose-off competitions.
WHISKY LIVE TASTINGS
Whisky Live Toronto gives visitors the unique opportunity to sample some of the greatest whiskies in the world. At the same time you will mingle with producers, independent bottlers and brand ambassadors. In addition to learning about the world of whisky, you have the opportunity to sample rare and sought-after whiskies and meet the stars of the industry.
WHISKY EXPERIENCES
The Whisky Experience areas are the education and entertainment zones, with themed areas providing sensory experiences and education about the whisky world. With a dram always on hand the Whisky Experience seeks to educate and entertain those who want to learn a little more about the diversity of this delicious nectar.
FOOD AND WHISKY COMBINATIONS
These new stands seek to stimulate your palate with one whisky matched with one enticing food. Change your view of food and whisky with a stunning Food and Whisky Combination.
Culinary Pioneers and authors of the best selling cookbook Cooking with Booze; Ryan Jennings and David Steele showcase some of their of favorite whisky-based culinary discoveries. The pair bring nearly 60 years of combined eating and drinking experience together in a light-hearted demonstration of how to use the liquor cabinet as an extension of the spice rack.
MASTERCLASSES
The Whisky Live Masterclasses are a unique insight into the world of whisky and are tutored by master distillers and other leading whisky experts. Held within Heritage Court, tickets are on sale now priced at CAN$25.00 per session.
